Return Policy

Order in confidence with buckwheatglory.com. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item within 1 year of receiving your order for a full refund less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 1 year and the refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Backorder Policy

Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are back ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Shipping Policies

We normally ship all products within 2 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via Federal Express and actual delivery time will vary according to your Fed Ex zones. (In most cases it averages 3 - 6 business days from the day that the order was placed.) Any product that is "out of stock" will be back ordered and will be shipped immediately upon availability from our supplier.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Damaged Goods Policy

If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
